Neil Morten is a chartered designer with over 20 years business experience in the leisure & hospitality industry.

The principles behind the group are not new. In fact they are tried and tested over many years by a multitude of successful companies. We have taken the best elements of sales, marketing and networking systems and carefully created the Lichfield Group.

Designers, architects and project managers are positioned at the top of the construction process food chain just below the client.

Neil was very seldom advised of new work by his suppliers and spent great chunks of his time and profit hunting and cultivating new work and clients.

It is very rare that a designer or architect receives a referral from a trade supplier.

As a profession we already have good relationships with many suppliers.
